Description
This is a set of images taken with Julia Wagner as part of my “Mail Order Bride” project. Taking the concept of special delivery to an entirely different level, Julia lounges inside an oversized cardboard shipping box, surrounded by soft white packing material. Wearing an oversized, partially unbuttoned white blouse and white panties, she strikes a relaxed yet provocative pose, with her dark curls spread across the packaging and one leg extending beyond the box. Photographed from above, the composition transforms an ordinary shipping container into an unconventional setting for intimate portraiture. Blending playful sensuality, artistic expression, and a touch of satire, this collection explores the absurdity of packaging human beauty as a consumer product. Photographed in studio on 10-21-2022.
