A frame is supposed to show you where to look.

It creates a boundary between what belongs inside and everything that should remain outside. Step through it, however, and that boundary begins to mean something different.

Framework explores the human form contained within simple geometric spaces. Bodies fill doorways, press against edges, disappear behind fabric, and occupy spaces seemingly constructed specifically to hold them. What begins as composition gradually becomes confinement.

The frame remains perfectly still.

The person inside does not.

There is always another side, visible only inches away. An open room. Empty space. Freedom just beyond the edge.

Yet somehow, they remain inside.

Perhaps the frame was never placed around them at all.

Perhaps it was waiting for something to step inside.
