This is a set of images taken with Hippy Researcher as part of my “Seen From Below” project. Abandoning traditional religious modesty, Hippy Researcher poses nude, wearing only a black nun’s habit and a pristine white collar. Photographed from beneath a transparent glass platform, the unconventional perspective transforms religious symbolism into a provocative exploration of temptation, forbidden desires, and artistic rebellion. Against a brilliant white background, her dark religious attire creates a striking contrast, while the illusion of weightlessness suggests an ascension that is anything but divine. Blending sacrilege, dark humor, and experimental nude photography, this collection challenges the boundaries between innocence and temptation, inviting viewers to question what lies beneath the veil of holiness.
