Description
This is a set of images taken with Maxi Soule and GreasyRose as part of my “Anthropophagite” project. In this macabre interpretation of a sacrificial feast, GreasyRose transforms into a mysterious, crimson-hooded figure, clutching a human skull while presiding over her unfortunate companion. Maxi Soule lies restrained upon a wooden table, dressed in delicate white lace, her exposed pregnant belly introducing a disturbing contrast between the creation of life and the threat of destruction. The skull, theatrical restraints, and blood-red hood suggest a sinister ceremony in which the boundaries between ritual sacrifice and cannibalistic fantasy begin to disappear. Surrounded by darkness and illuminated by dramatic studio lighting, this collection explores mortality, forbidden rituals, and the unsettling intersection of beauty and horror.
