Description

This is a set of images taken with Saturn Werde as part of my “Cocoon” project. Wrapped in vibrant fuchsia stretch fabric, Saturn explores the relationship between the human body and the material surrounding it. The fabric clings to her figure while openings and stretched sections reveal glimpses of skin, creating an unusual combination of concealment and exposure. Her platinum blonde hair, expressive poses, and upward gaze add a sense of movement and vulnerability to the collection. Against a solid black backdrop, carefully controlled studio lighting emphasizes the vivid pink fabric, its tension, and the natural contours of her body. “Wrapped in Fuchsia” combines artistic figure photography, experimental fabric styling, and alternative boudoir portraiture, continuing the “Cocoon” project’s exploration of the body through wrapping, texture, and form.
