This is a set of images taken with Felicity Sparks as part of my “Seen From Below” project. Bringing an irreverent twist to religious imagery, Felicity poses in black lace lingerie and a traditional white nun’s headpiece, transforming an innocent symbol of devotion into a provocative display of artistic rebellion. With her legs extended overhead and her hands clasped above her, she creates a striking geometric composition that challenges conventional perspectives of the human form. Photographed from beneath a transparent glass platform against a brilliant white background, the unusual angle exaggerates perspective and creates the illusion of weightlessness. Blending religious satire, alternative beauty, and experimental photography, this collection explores the intersection of temptation, unconventional expression, and forbidden fantasy.
