Description
This is a set of images taken with Domiis CZ Model during a hotel photoshoot in Manhattan, New York City. Continuing the shower series, Domiis poses nude behind the glass as running water transforms the clean, bright bathroom into a softer and more atmospheric setting. With her brunette hair pulled back, droplets covering the glass, and water streaming across the scene, the photographs have a distinctly different mood from the earlier dry shower images. Her glance back toward the camera adds a quiet intimacy, while the translucent shower curtain and misted glass partially obscure her figure and create layers of texture throughout the composition. “After the Water Falls” uses water, glass, and natural form to turn an ordinary hotel shower into an intimate photographic setting.
